Driver Management


The FreightDATA Software systems provide for managing both company drivers and owner-operators. These systems manage information related to:



Human Resources
Licenses
Certifications
Insurance
Inspections
Expiration Dates
Compensation
Withholdings
Equipment
Routes
Freight Bill History
Agreements
Accident and Ticket History

This information is passed between various programs such as Dispatch, Billing, Rating and Accounting. Dispatchers can easily assign drivers to handle the appropriate freight movements. Should the Driver Management program notice a discrepancy involving their profile, an alert is sent to the dispatcher indicating the discrepancy. This allows the dispatcher to notify the driver of the discrepancy for resolution.

Operations can also print expiration information and provide it to drivers to proactively keep their insurance, licenses and other related certifications up to date.

Once drivers are assigned to a freight movement, the FreightDATA system inquires the Driver Management program to access the appropriate compensation plan for the driver (Miles, Weight, %, Flat, etc), less withholdings to properly compensate the drivers.

This program also allows authorized operations personnel to inquire driver information, add notes and other related information on driver performance. Accident histories and performance reports are available.
